At XTRA MEDIUM, most garments are made by us, ensuring that you receive a uniquely crafted garment. Due to this personalized approach, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, which is why we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item you wish to exchange must be for the same product in a different size or color.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future purchases.

How to Request an Exchange:

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges:
